No. Every product starts with Acuity, but you can layer on Engage or Advise based on your needs.

Not at all! If you’re not using SPOT or SMRT, we can still pull in your data through your Point of Sale system’s API. If your POS doesn’t have an API, we’ll work with you to set up an automated process so your data is sent to us each day.

If you want to use Engage, you must go through BeCreative 360, our official partner. If you're not using Engage, you can purchase Acuity and Advise directly from InsightSystems.io.

Yes. BeCreative 360 offers Engage as a self service platform, but also gives you the option to bundle in full service marketing support.

Yes. Many businesses use Acuity and Advise to focus on customer analysis, retention insights, and performance strategy, without running campaigns.

Acuity and Advise include live onboarding sessions to set up your data, dashboards, and workflows. After onboarding, you'll gain access to our on-demand video training library for continued support and best practices.
