Joe has been developing software since the 90s. In 2000 Joe helped ZOOTS scale to one of the largest Garment Care Operations In the USA. After ZOOTS Joe went on to facilitate The Men’s Warehouse, and then 1-800-DryClean.

Wash Respess

Chief Product Officer

Wash is a respected consultant in the dry cleaning industry with over 22 years of experience. He co-owned Southside Cleaners from 2002 to 2024, gaining expertise in operations and customer service. In 2018, he joined SPOT Business Systems as Principal Product Manager and director, where he contributed to innovative industry solutions. Wash’s blend of technical innovation and leadership has made him a key figure in modernizing dry cleaning, providing valuable insights to help businesses thrive in a changing market.

Brian Seymour

Principal Solutions Architect

With over 15 years of experience in system architecture, software development, and integration strategies, Brian has a proven track record of enabling businesses to adopt innovative technologies that drive efficiency and growth. He specializes in leveraging modern frameworks and third-party tools to create interoperable and future-proof platforms.

Associate Project Manager

Brayden is an Associate Project Manager with a background in Information Systems, recently earning his bachelor’s degree.
